Peter See, CPCU FCII

Agency Principal

Peter is responsible for operations and profitability of this business. In addition to managing the agency, he is tasked with production of quality medium size commercial accounts. Service is the key to retaining quality clients, both in small commercial and personal lines insurance business which this agency specializes. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter by examination. He has been a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute since 1999.

Peter believes that academic education helps provide foundational knowledge which shapes one’s development in areas where people find their passions to specialize along the way. At IIG, the staff is encouraged to continue their professional education surpassing their bachelors’ degrees. He works with educational institutions like the Big-I and PIA always looking to broaden knowledge for him and his colleagues.

Locally, he works with the Blue and Gold Foundation as well as Chamblee Chamber of Commerce to mutually provide networking relationships. In addition, Peter collaborates with local schools and acts as a liaison to enable IIG becoming a worthy business neighbor. Ever since his children grew out of his nest, Peter takes up a more serious hobby, becoming a competitive ballroom dance athlete. Having in excess of 19 years of rigorous training, he specializes in American Latin. Peter is an insurance professional by day and ballroom dancer by night; he helps organize local competitions and teaches dancing to local folks.

Phillis W. See

Vice President – Small Commercial

Having been in the industry for more than thirty years, Phillis has witnessed the ups and downs of property and casualty insurance business. The joy of this business keeps her in right focus. She enjoys meeting people and has the art of building relationships, many of them turning into invaluable friendships. Phillis has a degree in Marketing and puts it into good use. Phillis is aware that promoting intangible products such as insurance can be overwhelming. Sometimes she wishes that she is selling ponderable products where consumers can touch and feel. But then, it may become too boring.

Phillis possesses multi-lingual skills, having ability to speak fluently in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Hakka, French, Thai, Laotian, and Teochew. Currently empty nested, Phillis finds her interest in cooking and spends her weekends in the kitchen. Having learned from her mother who specializes in Thai culinary, Phillis tries to blend mom’s recipes into her own to suit the modern generalization. After 5 years of cooking, tasting, and sampling, she has succeeded. Today, Phillis is a worthwhile asset of her neighborhood’s cooking focus group, having weekly meetings to experience oriental culinary and brewing.

Jennifer Rose

Director of Sales-Personal Lines

Jennifer is responsible for prospecting new business and maintaining customer relations. She has been at the agency for over 12 years, starting off as a part time employee before moving up into her current position as the Director of Personal Lines Insurance.

She graduated from Georgia State University in 2009 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. To expand her opportunities in the field, she joined several networking organizations ranging from BNI, Master Networks, and most recently, Synergy. Over the years, she has held various positions in these groups, including Event Coordinator, Secretary/Treasurer, and Membership Director. In 2011, she received the Notable Networker Award from BNI for receiving and giving the most amount of closed business.

Jennifer believes that her strongest asset to the company is her compassion, work ethic, and ability to communicate with clients—many of whom have stayed with her for over 12 years! Jennifer enjoys meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she loves trying new foods and visiting new restaurants. Her other hobbies also include traveling, reading, and shopping.

Jennifer Nava,

Senior Account Manager

Nava focuses on retention at the agency in both personal and commercial lines. She has been a part of the team since 2016, and has expanded her knowledge in the insurance industry since. She understands that not everyone’s situation is the same, so she utilizes that as a learning opportunity to teach clients based on their insurance needs that will fit their daily lifestyle.

Nava has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree through Georgia Gwinnett College in Business with a concentration in finance. On her spare time, Nava takes any chance in finding a travel destination to experience different cultures and cuisines. She enjoys participating and spectating in sports such as soccer and volleyball.

Rose Pak

Account Manager

Rose Pak was born and raised in Malaysia and moved to the United States in 2001. She graduated in 2003 from Southern New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality. Rose is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and has great communication skills. She is able to help small business owners and individuals find the best coverage with the most competitive rates. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
